- HOMEAWAY, INC. WORLD HEADQUARTERS: Austin, TX
Innovation of decisions on conceptual design, space planning and material and finish selections for 51,000 SF of Interiors and Roof Top Terrace. In collaboration with CTA Architects, construction documents produced, and LEED GOLD Certification obtained.
- DELL, INC.: Industrial Design Lab, Client Command Center, Buildings 5, 7 & 8 Refresh, Security Command Center. Austin, TX. Panama Call Center, Panama.
Development of the conceptual design decisions for materials and finish selections for updating commercial office facilities. In collaboration with CTA Architects, programming, production of construction documents and construction administration was produced.
- SILENT STONE WELLNESS RETREAT: Topanga Canyon, CA
Innovation of conceptual design solutions and details for a wellness resort spa with 15 rooms, library, lounge, pool, restaurant, spa, and yoga studio. Diagrams, programming, material selections.

In collaboration with CTA and CDS to create conceptual design ideas and the implementation throughout the programming, spatial layout, material selections, production of construction documents and construction administration.
- RETIREMENT HOME: Seattle, WA
Conceptual design for living quarters for the retired; incorporating natural elements, ceremonial fireplaces, spa features, outdoor pool, and kitchen common areas. Diagrams, programming, material selections.
- TEMPLE INLAND: Data Center Upgrade, Austin, TX
Development of spatial layout, finish selections and coordination with CTA for documentation for the upgrade of the mechanical and power systems for a 10,000 SF data center; involving the replacement of all the central plant cooling towers, 3-800 ton towers, while the 24/7 data center remained in operation.

Lead design decisions of materials and finishes, test fit for new configuration of workstations, and production of construction documents, in collaboration with CTA, for renovation of 5,000 SF of office space.

Designed a 2,500 SF office layout - space planning, construction documents, material selection and construction documents, in collaboration with the CTA team.
- GOLD'S GYM: Killeen, Techridge, Waco and Bandera Sites, South Central, Babcock and Walzem Sites, San Antonio, South Austin Site, Austin, TX.
Design support and production of construction documents, assistance for Construction Administration, for renovation of existing facilities building, while teaming with CTA.
- SKYZONE: Las Vegas, NV
Design concept, schematic drawings, space planning and construction documents for 15,000 SF facility housing a newly introduced sport including full size trampoline court of 5,000 SF, spectator seating, locker rooms, retail, registration, and equipment rental area.
